Chanterelle is a wild forest mushroom, highly sought after and appreciated in its fresh state while drying it is just one of the ways to preserve this mushroom for longer use throughout the year. It is used as a spice in many dishes.
Dried Chanterelle contains 3 times more beta carotene than carrots. Beta carotene (vitamin A) is a very strong antioxidant that protects our body from free radicals and has especially positive effect on the skin and eyes.
Chanterelle is rich in vitamins C, B1 and B2, while in terms of minerals it contains potassium, calcium, iron and zinc, magnesium and phosphorus.

How to use this product?
Just as you would use garlic powder or pepper, you can use our powdered mushrooms to spice up your meals.
You can use as much chanterelle powder as you wish, according to your taste. If you prefere more intense taste and aroma, just put more powder in and remember – you can’t overdo it – mushrooms are not as hot as pepper or garlic.
Add the powder just before turning of the heath, as it should be heat-treated for a few minutes.
